In our restaurant with its sunny beer garden, we spoil you with regional cuisine. If you prefer something more active, take a ride in the saddle, show off your skills on the bowling alley, or learn to hit the mark on our archery course. Honest cuisine with ingredients from our own organic farm
After a hike, a horseback ride, or simply in between: you are always warmly welcome in our restaurant. Mother Marlene and her team treat you to honest cuisine where Austrian classics and international favorite dishes sit side by side. Much of it comes from our own organic farm. We also serve game from Father Alois’s hunting grounds and herbs from our own garden. In fine weather, we serve you in our beer garden with mountain views. Stop by and enjoy a delicious meal with us.
Riding lessons with national champion Sonja
From pony rides to riding school, in any weather
Schörhof has always been a special place for horse lovers. At our own riding stables, riding instructor Sonja Dankl shares her expertise with adults and children with great passion. As an Austrian national champion and multiple regional champion who grew up among our horses, she knows exactly how first steps in the saddle turn into a true love of riding. Our youngest guests start with pony rides. From the age of eight, children can join the riding school. Thanks to our indoor arena, outdoor riding area, and extensive trails, riding is possible in any weather.
Rent a bowling alley & experience our archery course
Two classic lanes in our cellar lounge and 28 3D animal targets in the forest
Two fully automatic bowling alleys await you in our rustic cellar lounge. On the 19.5-meter-long classic lanes, the computer-controlled system keeps score and resets the pins, so you can focus entirely on having fun together. If you would rather head outdoors, try your hand at archery. Our Bowfire club archery course with 28 3D animal targets leads you through forest and meadows. You can rent the right equipment on site. Simply book your appointment for the bowling alley and archery course at our reception.
