For more than 90 years, we, the Dankl family, have been running Schörhof in Saalfelden. What was once a popular inn has, with great sensitivity and passion, become a 4-star hotel that has never lost sight of its roots. You can feel this very mix of long-standing tradition and continuous development here every day.

We are a fair employer with a strong team, many of whom have been with us for years. As a family-run business, we stick together, lend a hand, and treat each other as equals.

Your apprenticeship at Schörhof

Sound training in a family-oriented team

As a family-run business, we have many years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry. Here, you can expect a familiar working environment where personal contact, mutual support, and respectful interaction are especially important.

During your apprenticeship, experienced team members will support you and introduce you to the different areas of a diverse hotel and restaurant business. It is important to us that you not only learn a great deal professionally, but also develop personally and feel comfortable as part of our team.

We take time for your training, support you with any questions, and want to give you a solid foundation for your professional future.
